1.Kindly note that for the 2-bedroom unit we are hosting a maximum of 4 people while for the 1-bedroom, a maximum of 2 people.
2. Payments are to be made before checking including the deposit.
3. Couples booking should provide evidence of legal companionship (married)
4. Take care of all amenities you are using. In case of any breakage, the guest will be charged full set of the broken item.
5. Switching of rooms to other stay-in guests is not allowed.
6. Notifying the management before departures so as to schedule a visit. Once everything has been inspected and no damage has been found will you receive your deposit.
7. Any form of disturbance such as music (etc.), are not appreciated.
8. Smoking, Drinking, chewing khat and usage of prohibited drugs is not allowed and are subject to penalties.
9. Money once paid is non-refundable.
10. Only the person who has rented out the space and his/her documents recorded, has the permission to stay within the premises of the unit rented.
11. Every Tenant is responsible for the content of his/her unit. ATIS does not take responsibility for anything that is lost or stolen within the unit.
12. For our monthly guests, please bear in mind that the Electricity And Gas is not included in the monthly rent.

measures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Our policy reflects the current low-risk status while maintaining preparedness and hygiene standards
1. Hygiene and Sanitation
- Regularcleaning and sanitization of public areas, guest rooms, and high-touch surfaces such as elevator buttons, door handles, and handrails.
- Handsanitizing stations remain available in key locations, including reception, restaurant, conference rooms, and hallways
Guest Responsibility
- Face masks are optional for guests but are recommended in crowded indoor settings.
- Guests feeling unwell are encouraged to notify the front desk and seek medical attention. A list of nearby medical facilities is available upon request
Staff Practices
- Staff are encouraged to wear masks in high-contact roles, such as at the reception or while serving food, but it is no longer mandatory.
- Regular health checks for staff have been discontinued but employees are required to stay home if they exhibit symptoms of illness.
- Continuous training on hygiene and guest interaction protocols remains a priority
Social Distancing and Capacity
- Social distancing measures are no longer required but will be accommodated upon guest request.
- Conferences, events, and gatherings are permitted at full capacity
Dining and Events
- All dining spaces operate at full capacity with enhanced cleanliness protocols.
- Guestsareencouraged to use contactless payment options where possible.
- Buffet services are available, with staff overseeing hygiene and food safety standards.
Room Hygiene
- Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned before each stay with special attention to high-touch areas.
- Additional cleaning services are available upon request for long-stay guests.
Emergency Preparedness
- Whiletherisk is low, Atis maintains contact with local health authorities and is prepared to act promptly in case of a health-related concern.
- Isolation rooms will remain on standby for emergency cases, but quarantine is no longer required under current government guidelines.
Communication and Flexibility
- Updatedinformation on our health and safety measures will be shared with guests during check-in.
- Flexible booking and cancellation policies are in place to accommodate unforeseen health-related travel changes
